Understanding a customer's wants, needs, and concerns must always precede any attempt to sell them something. Personal ethics, values, and developing a genuine concern for customers will contribute more to your success than any selling techniques or strategies. Selling isn't just about helping the dealership; it's about helping the customer! The better you become at helping people, the more money you will make!
